1. Are your Disney products authentic?

Yes! We are an officially licensed Disney retailer. All our products are 100% genuine and meet safety standards for children.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time is typically:

  • 7–12 business days for U.S. orders
  • 10–20 business days for international orders
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary based on location.

4. How much is shipping?

  • Free shipping on all orders over $40
  • $4.99 flat rate for orders under $40

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Please email aweiheheipi@Disney.com to start the return process.

Note: We do not accept returns for clearance or personalized items.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at aweiheheipi@Disney.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Not at this time, but many of our items come in gift-friendly packaging!

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
