Processing Time:

Shipping Time:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by location)
Shipping Fee:
- Free shipping on all orders over $40
- $4.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $40
We’ll send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Note: Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns:
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To start a return, please email us at aweiheheipi@Disney.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Important: We do not accept returns on clearance items or personalized products.
